Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fairmondegolf.com or delivery@fairmondegolf.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund in the form of store credit if the return is approved. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can use the issued store credit to place a new order for the desired item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Store credit details, including the amount and usage instructions, will be sent to you via email. Please note that we do not process refunds to the original payment method.
